Summit Construction Advisors seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage project execution, maintain client relationships, oversee financial performance, and partner with field leadership to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial electrical construction projects, from planning through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.
• Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and contract administration.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to support milestones.
• Monitor labor productivity, project costs, and overall financial performance.
• Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or profitability.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project partners.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers while supporting their growth.
