Summit Construction Advisors in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a driven Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will build and guide internal teams, manage scope, schedule, and deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Experience with large scale commercial, multi-family, or data center projects preferred.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle management of electrical construction projects.
• Build and coordinate internal project teams on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Maintain accountability for budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Develop and track project schedules and adjust to changing conditions.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project duration.
• Oversee subcontractors and trade partners to meet performance standards.
• Manage change orders and support accurate billing per contract terms.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Support and reinforce jobsite safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on design-build projects as applicable.
