Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced construction leader to supervise field operations on a large project, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. You will coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers, lead a team of superintendents, and drive safety and compliance across the site in Port Washington, WI.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with extensive construction experience, strong management skills, and proficiency in scheduling and BIM/Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of four years' related training and at least 15 years of building construction experience required.
• Proficient in all aspects of building systems and understanding of codes and compliance.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison with owners/architects/engineers for day-to-day construction activities.
• Lead, supervise and develop Superintendents and staff with performance appraisals.
• Develop and implement project setup, site logistics, and schedules with critical path focus.
• Manage safety programs, quality control, and labor relations with subcontractors.
• Oversee permits, insurance, and liaison with inspection agencies.
• Manage billing, WIP, and monthly estimates to maintain budget.
