Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project leader to manage day-to-day operations for a major site in Port Washington, WI. You will oversee schedule, budget, QA/QC, safety, and contract administration to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of construction leadership experience, with strong communication skills and capability to develop teams and client relationships. Competitive salary and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentational abilities.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Establish, update and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• Oversee budget, financial reporting and QA/QC program.
• Manage contract negotiations, risk evaluation, and pricing decisions.
• Foster client relationships and promote Turner community involvement.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance across the project.
