Job summary

Turner Construction is seeking a Superintendent for the Port Washington, WI project. You will lead subcontractors and trade labor, ensure safety, and manage schedule adherence within budget while coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, guiding Assistant Superintendents and interns, and ensuring compliance with contract documents. Strong leadership and communication are essential for on-site success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ≥4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, scheduling and cost control procedures.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing levels.
• Coordinate trades to ensure coordinated project operations and resolve field issues.
• Manage site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards.
