Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensure as an electrician is required or equivalent knowledge.
• 4-10 years related experience or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise electricians, apprentices, helpers and temporary workers.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment and sites for safety and spec compliance.
• Prepare safety analyses and reports (Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis).
• Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction requirements.
• Manage materials and supply requests; coordinate activities with management and contractors.
• Train workers in construction methods, safety procedures and company policies.
