Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Electrical Construction in Virginia. You will lead multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage field teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, and budgets, while maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring the next generation of project managers on mission-critical data center builds.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects for an electrical contractor.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction and power distribution.
• Proven experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, budgets and client relationships.
• Drive installation of critical power infrastructure including switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS, feeders and power distribution.
• Collaborate with field leadership to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of project managers on mission-critical builds.
