Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction, mission-critical and data center projects in Virginia. You will own multimillion-dollar programs, manage field teams, and coordinate budgets and schedules with clients.

Ideal candidates have experience with electrical contractors and a strong background in commercial electrical construction and power distribution, including data center or mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects for an electrical contractor.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction and power distribution.
• Proven experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Drive installation of critical power infrastructure including switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS systems, feeders, and power distribution.

The Opportunity

• Lead multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Play a key role in project strategy, problem-solving, and mentoring the next generation of project managers
