Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Extensive experience leading industrial/commercial electrical construction projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiating, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to construction sites.
• Proficiency with project management and financial performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive project plans for complex electrical projects.
• Allocate resources to ensure optimal execution while balancing risk, cost, and schedule.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors to drive performance.
• Monitor progress, lead status meetings, and maintain schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure safety and quality.
