Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading complex electrical construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and leadership experience will be considered.
• Extensive experience delivering project planning, construction, change management, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale electrical construction projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, resource management, financial performance, and client relationships.
• Supervise a team of Project Managers, setting standards for safety, quality, and ethical leadership across departments.
• Manage change orders, contracts, scope, schedules, and services with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
