Qualifications

• Advanced due diligence and risk assessment for large federal projects.
• Ethical leadership and integrity with clients and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trades.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to track and report on project financial performance.
• Willingness to travel frequently to federal and commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, scheduling, and resource management for complex federal electrical projects.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and change orders with stakeholders.
• Oversee a team of project managers and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Foster client relationships and ensure performance aligns with company standards.
