Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Service & Special Projects to drive strategic development, planning, and execution of service work and specialized electrical projects while leading business development initiatives.

You will oversee project teams, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage client relationships and operational excellence across multiple sites in the Western US.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in electrical project management within service and/or special projects.
• Proven sales or business development experience in the electrical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts; manage project financials and forecasting.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance; enforce company standards and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional teams; travel to sites as needed.
