Qualifications

• Advanced ability to perform due diligence and risk assessment on large, complex federal construction projects.
• Demonstrated ethical leadership and integrity with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and align diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on project financial performance.
• Willingness to travel frequently to federal and commercial construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive project plans for complex electrical projects.
• Allocate human and material resources to ensure optimal project execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including subcontractors and internal partners.
• Establish expectations, assign responsibilities, and provide direction for milestones.
• Monitor risks, address issues, and ensure compliance with federal requirements.
• Oversee contract scope, terms, schedules, and services with clients.
