Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) in Omaha, NE seeks a Senior Project Manager to procure and supervise electrical construction and renovation projects, while mentoring a team of project managers and project engineers.

You will oversee contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and on-site progress, ensuring timely, accurate project reporting and financial control. Leadership in EOS initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience managing projects valued 1M–25M.
• Equivalent experience considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage own projects while guiding project managers, engineers and estimators.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain POs, submittals, invoices and change orders.
• Monitor project billing and cash flow.
• Review contracts and subcontracts; observe on-site progress.
• Participate in estimation and marketing activities as needed.
• Develop relationships with owners, GCs, subs and suppliers.
