Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is recruiting an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager for multi-site assignments in Las Vegas, NV; Salt Lake City, UT; and Reno. You will manage large-scale electrical projects from pre-construction through turnover, coordinating with estimating, field leadership, and subcontractors to deliver safely, on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction Project Management experience
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+, with larger project experience preferred
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, cost control and change management
• Strong scheduling and project-controls experience
• Experience with owners, general contractors, subcontractors and vendors
• Ability to manage multiple project functions and competing priorities
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial, healthcare, commercial or infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Managing large-scale electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Taking ownership of budgets, cost control, forecasting and profitability
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and milestones
• Coordinating with Superintendents and field teams for execution
• Managing client/owner/GC/subcontractor relationships
• Handling RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation
• Overseeing procurement, materials and major equipment packages
• Reviewing project financials and identifying risk
• Coordinating turnover with estimating and pre-construction
• Leading project meetings and ensuring clear communication
• Managing subcontractors, vendors and partners
• Supporting commissioning, punch, closeout and turnover
• Maintaining safety, quality and project execution standards
• Providing regular project reporting to senior leadership
