Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent or equivalent field leadership experience.

• Experience managing big field teams and multiple subs.
• Experience with commissioning and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on major construction projects.
• Coordinate manpower, sequencing, logistics, and site operations.
• Drive project schedules and uphold milestones.
• Manage subcontractor performance and field productivity.
