Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an experienced project leader to guide engineering teams in delivering complex electrical and cyber-physical projects. You will manage schedules, resources, and documentation, ensuring milestones are met and budgets controlled.

Applicants should have 10+ years in engineering project leadership, strong writing skills, and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD. A bachelor’s in engineering is required, with MS in engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher is required.
• MS in Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with electrical projects from $500k to $10M.
• Familiar with contract drawings, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and provide mentorship for effective collaboration.
• Prepare project documentation including layouts, schedules, and resources.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures and baseline resource plans.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings and maintain project plans with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, cost studies, and forecast expenditures.
