Job summary

The role reports to the Divisional Manager, requires 5–10 years in construction PM, a relevant degree or experience, and proficiency with construction software. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in electrical construction or related environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Understanding of drawings, specs and project controls.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules and execution plans.
• Oversee setup, contracts, scope reviews and controls.
• Monitor costs, labor productivity and financial performance.
• Review change orders, RFIs and submittals.
• Coordinate with field leadership and vendors.
• Lead project meetings and be primary client contact.
• Oversee procurement and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA and safety standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Prepare reports and forecasts; mentor Assistant Project Managers.
• Ensure timely closeout, documentation and lessons learned.
