Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent knowledge or skills.
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in the electrical construction field.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, schedules, purchase orders and sub-contracts.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor resources.
• Establish contracts and coordinate resources and billing with PMs and sub-contractors.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements across all projects by team members and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with field leadership, Estimating, Safety, and other departments to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop project forecasting and budgets; track expenditures and invoicing.
• Prepare cost reports and project cash flow forecasts; review and approve reports.
• Manage all aspects of project execution (scope, schedule, safety, subcontracts).
• Meet with Field Leadership to develop work plans and review performance.
• Create and archive projects in Yardz; coordinate with Fleet Managers.
• Closeout completed projects and capture lessons learned.
