Job summary

Titan Electric Companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Charlotte to support planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects. You will assist the Project Manager with administrative, financial, scheduling, and communication tasks to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and vendors to gain progressive responsibility and prepare for advancement to Project Manager while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related role.
• Experience in electrical construction or a specialty trade environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project planning, coordination, and documentation.
• Support project setup activities, schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation.
• Track and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawings.
• Assist with cost tracking, job cost reports, and budget updates.
• Support procurement activities including material ordering and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with field leadership to support manpower planning and schedule adherence.
• Participate in project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-up items.
