Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout. You will collaborate with field leadership, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to meet contractual requirements and company standards.

Core duties include budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and risk mitigation, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role reports to the Divisional Manager and occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in electrical construction or specialty trades required.
• Proficiency with project management and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Oversee project setup, including contracts, scope reviews, schedules, and project controls.
• Monitor and manage job costs, labor productivity, and financial performance.
• Review, approve, and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Foremen to support field execution and manpower planning.
• Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage procurement activities, including material purchasing and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, NEC, OSHA, Company safety policies, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review field progress and address schedule or performance issues.
• Prepare and deliver accurate project reports and forecasts.
• Support Assistant Project Managers through direction, mentorship, and oversight.
• Ensure timely project closeout, including documentation, billing, and lessons learned.
