The role requires 8+ years in electrical project management, with preference for journeyman/master electrician licenses. Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills are essential to drive profitable project portfolios.

Qualifications

• BSME or Construction Management is a plus; high school diploma required.
• 8+ years project management experience in electrical construction.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and win projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting for assigned projects including labor, materials, and changes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and value scales to ensure positive cash flow.
• Lead project teams, assign resources, and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor safety, attendance, and quality to meet customer expectations and project budgets.
