Responsibilities

• Lead large or multiple complex electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, schedules, cost controls, change management, and profitability.
• Develop project execution strategies and proactively manage risk.
• Coordinate with field leadership, clients, contractors, engineers, vendors, and other project partners.
• Oversee electrical procurement, including major equipment and long-lead materials.
• Partner with field teams on manpower, sequencing, productivity, and scheduling.
• Provide oversight of electrical testing, startup, commissioning, and closeout.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project team members.
• Provide senior leadership with updates on project performance, risks, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years managing complex projects
• Significant experience within electrical construction or electrical contracting
• Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $20 million or more and/or multiple large projects concurrently
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, systems, sequencing, and project delivery
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, contracts, risk, and change management
• Proven ability to lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong financial, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with field teams, clients, contractors, engineers, and senior leadership
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel or work on-site based on project requirements
