This is a hands-on leadership role supporting field electricians, supervisors, subcontractors, and internal operations teams. This role requires managing electrical projects, reviewing drawings, and communicating with clients and inspectors to forecast

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects through all phases: planning, execution, and close-out.
• Coordinate electrical scope, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Work closely with field leadership to support daily electrical operations.
• Review electrical drawings, scopes of work, and project plans.
• Track project progress, costs, and labor productivity.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and scope adjustments related to electrical work.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and forecasts.
• Support teams in resolving field issues quickly and effectively.
