You will manage client relationships, coordinate planning services, and drive successful project delivery with emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates bring a civil engineering or construction management background with 6+ years in construction and proficiency in MS Office. OSHA training preferred; bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Six (6) or more years of work experience in construction or related job field.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supports client relationships and understands construction leadership needs from contract through warranty period.
• Coordinates development and delivery of project planning services (estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting).
• Prepares estimates for self-performed scopes of work as required.
• Sets project goals related to schedule, safety, accounting, labor relations, and data reporting.
• Manages client relations and clarifies quality standards, expectations, and priorities.
• Oversees project documents, bulletins, field work orders, and change orders with proper authorization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or other relevant course work
