Job summary

Workspire is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX to own the electrical scope from mobilization through commissioning on a large data center project. This fully onsite role requires strong electrical construction knowledge and disciplined project controls.

You will manage cost, schedule, safety, documentation, and field coordination while serving as the owner/GC/subcontractor liaison and mentoring onsite electricians and foremen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience leading electrical construction scopes for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Ownership of RFIs, submittals, schedules, cost controls, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Experience leading electrical field teams and subcontractors in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA construction requirements, and QA/QC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical scope from mobilization through commissioning, turnover, and energization.
• Develop and maintain execution plans aligning field activities with schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Own cost controls, forecasting, scheduling, labor planning, and productivity reporting.
• Lead owner and GC coordination meetings and daily field huddles.
• Identify risks early and drive timely solutions with stakeholders.
