Qualifications

• Electrical construction industry experience required (not general construction).
• Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong portfolio spanning commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial work.
• Solid understanding of design/build project delivery.
• Local to Fairfield County, CT or Westchester County, NY (hybrid on-site/office).

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles: budgeting, pre-construction, execution, and closeout.
• Lead engineers and subcontractor teams to hit schedule and budget targets.
• Oversee installs of UPS, emergency power, fire alarm, and data/communications systems.
• Build and own client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Navigate regulated environments including healthcare and chemical plants.
