Job summary

Project Talent Partners is seeking a seasoned electrical project leader to deliver large-scale commercial and industrial packages from award to close-out on the East Coast. You will own project profitability, budgets, forecasting, client relationships and field leadership to drive successful delivery.

Data center exposure is desirable; otherwise high-value industrial projects will do. The role demands strong communication, proactive problem solving, and a track record of delivering projects

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects with scopes exceeding $20M.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to lead project teams on complex commercial or industrial builds.
• Data center experience is a plus but not required if high-value projects have been handled.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership capabilities.

We're working with a leading electrical contractor delivering large-scale industrial & data center projects across the East Coast. This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-value electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, taking full ownership of project delivery, financial performance, client relationships and team leadership.

Data center experience is desirable, but it's not essential. The priority is finding someone who has successfully managed electrical construction scopes valued at $20M+ on major commercial or industrial projects and is ready to bring that expertise into one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.
