P&E Constructors is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a major data center build in Texas. This senior role drives scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and client satisfaction for structured cabling and low-voltage systems. Expect nationwide assignments with up to 90% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive construction project management experience on industrial or large commercial projects.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale industrial electrical projects in the $15MM–$150MM range.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, OSHA standards.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling, Procore, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation by reviewing contracts and scopes of work for communication systems.
• Direct project setup across COINs, Procore, Primavera P6, HSE, and Quality systems.
• Coordinate permits and regulatory requirements with Texas authorities.
• Develop and approve staffing plans, PEP, WBS, and CBS.
• Provide regular project status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage procurement, change management, and invoicing.
• Oversee safety, quality, and commissioning activities.
• Mentor engineers and field teams.
