IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager for Data Center projects in Pecos, TX. You will lead management across all phases, ensure safety, and coordinate with the project team on site.

The role emphasizes controlling budgets, takeoffs, change orders, and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering projects up to $100M. Data Center and hyperscale experience are strongly preferred; travel and licensure encouraged.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects $20-$100M.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall management in all phases of construction for one or more Data Center electrical projects.
• Manage projects to exceed customer expectations and ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA requirements.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Represent company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy meetings.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts and maintain client relationships.
• Lead project team to ensure delivery meets client and company expectations.
• Perform takeoffs, price change orders and project quotes.
• Collaborate with Project Executive for tracking and financial reporting.
• Work performed at the Project Site.
