Job summary

gpac is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead data center construction in Phoenix, AZ. You will own the electrical scope, budget, schedule, and overall delivery, guiding the project team from planning through closeout on mission-critical facilities.

The ideal candidate has proven PM experience with an electrical contractor on large-scale builds, strong leadership and communication, and data center project experience.

Qualifications

• PM experience with an electrical contractor on large, complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, field operations, and project controls.
• Data centers or mission-critical facilities experience preferred.
• Track record of leading projects through completion with measurable results.
• Leadership and communication skills for fast-moving jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, budget, schedule, and overall delivery of the electrical project.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and upcoming work with field leadership.
• Procure, manage subcontractors, change orders, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with GC and other trades to keep work moving.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and oversee commissioning and closeout.
• Build relationships with clients, field teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
