Job summary

sstjobs seeks an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, ideally with data center exposure, for a direct-hire role in Phoenix, AZ. Competitive pay ranges from $120,000 to $175,000 annually based on experience, with a 10-15% year-end bonus and a $14,400 annual vehicle allowance.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match of 6% plus more. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Proficient in MS Office, Prolog, CMIC, Primavera.
Understanding of building processes and systems.
Experience with cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience managing multiple complex electrical construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering or related field.
5+ years PM experience in electrical commercial construction.
Connectivity knowledge/experience required.

Responsibilities

Direct and mentor project team members (PEs, SEs, Superintendents, coordinators).
Ensure 100% detailed, hands-on knowledge of project scope.
Control costs, billings, and collections on the project.
Serve as primary contact with owner and architect.
Oversee on-site and self-perform work teams.
Drive project completion, financials, and customer satisfaction.
