Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience with project management responsibility.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, procurement, and project financials.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel to meet milestones.
• Work closely with Superintendents, Project Executives, general contractors, owners, and design teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work to identify conflicts and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage procurement, material tracking, equipment delivery, and labor planning.
• Monitor change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget commitments.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior leadership and clients.
• Oversee testing, commissioning coordination, punch lists, and final project turnover.
