Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in the Salt Lake City market. You will oversee execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets are met.

The role requires at least 5 years in project management within construction, strong electrical systems knowledge, and proven leadership across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a project management role in construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Skills in project management, budget management, contract management, and negotiation.
