Job summary

Jobot in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule and financial performance while coordinating with general contractors, owners, and engineers.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 5 years in construction PM, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and a track record of leading diverse teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a PM role in construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Strong skills in project, construction, budget, contract, time, planning, team management, negotiation and risk management.
