Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center and commercial electrical construction projects, overseeing safety, schedule, and budget.

You will mentor Project Managers and engineers, manage contracts and procurement, and build strong client relationships with owners, developers, GCs, and architects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Proven success leading large commercial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Stable work history with progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large-scale data center and commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions.
• Support business development and preconstruction efforts as needed.
