Job summary

gpac is representing a well-established local electrical contractor seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large local commercial and industrial projects.

You will own budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitability, coordinate with superintendents, customers, and vendors, and mentor project teams. This Washington-based role offers a strong backlog of local projects and a competitive salary plus bonus with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitability.
• Lead project planning and execution.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes, and contract requirements.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, customers, General Contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project financial performance and costs; maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and profitably.
