Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Project Manager 3 to lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

Based in Houston, TX, you’ll serve as the primary liaison among clients, internal teams, and trade partners, mentoring junior staff and driving project success across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction, finance, or project management.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, ideally for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects with internal teams and trade partners.
• Define objectives, scope, policies, and performance standards aligned with company guidelines.
• Plan staffing and organize project positions with supervision.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate and issue purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Monitor progress and control on-site supervision to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and manage budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to protect project objectives.
• Ensure documentation complies with contract requirements and standards.
• Mentor other project managers as needed and take on additional duties as required.
