Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Anaheim to lead multiple electrical construction projects, directing project teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will supervise project managers and assistants, develop strong client relationships, and drive project profitability through proactive management and change-order control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Structural engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise a staff or multiple Project Managers in day-to-day activities and oversee coordination with field teams.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage project finances, including progress billing and cost controls.
• Maintain client and A/E liaison to facilitate construction activities and manage change orders.
