AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager in Chatsworth, CA to lead complex electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, field coordination, contract administration, client communication, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, institutional, or public works projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost-tracking skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and contracts.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects from startup through closeout.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Serve as primary client contact with owners, GC, consultants, and vendors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, procurement, and submittals.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule performance, profitability, and risk.
• Lead closeout activities including punch lists and final documentation.
