Job summary

Talent Edge is partnering with a well-established commercial electrical contractor in the Greater Puget Sound region, Spokane, and Northern Idaho to hire an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator. The role covers the full lifecycle from bidding to execution, with 15–30 active projects at a time.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of electrical PM and estimating experience, manage projects in the $1M–$10M range, and be proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, MS Project, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical PM and estimating.
• Experience bidding and managing projects from $1M–$10M.
• Commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, MS Project, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical estimates and bids.
• Manage commercial electrical projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and foremen.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Track costs, materials procurement, and project forecasting.
• Resolve job site issues and keep projects on track.
• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders.
