Job summary

Talent Edge is seeking an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to own bids and estimates and drive projects from start to finish. You’ll handle commercial electrical work across a $1M–$10M scope, coordinating with clients, subs, and foremen to keep schedules tight and within budget.

You’ll oversee procurement, schedules, and forecasting while maintaining clear stakeholder communications and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management and estimating.
• Ability to estimate projects in the $1M–$10M range.
• Commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, MS Project, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license for on-site work within a multi-hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical estimates and bids.
• Manage commercial electrical projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and foremen.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Track costs, materials procurement, and project forecasting.
• Resolve job site issues and keep projects on track.
• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders.
