TGG Accounting is seeking an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator for a Pacific Northwest construction role. You will drive bid initiatives, review drawings, perform takeoffs, and manage projects from award through closeout while coordinating with clients and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical PM/estimating, strong multi-project capabilities, and a proven track record in commercial electrical construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating.
• Experience in commercial electrical construction projects.
• Proven ability to estimate and manage $1M–$10M projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction methods.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates and competitive bids.
• Review plans, specs, and bid documents.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis.
• Identify risks and opportunities during bids.
• Lead bid reviews and project handoffs.

A respected and growing commercial electrical contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, long-term employee retention, and exceptional customer service throughout the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to help drive business growth while leading projects from preconstruction through completion. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both winning work and ensuring successful project execution.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates and competitive bid proposals
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
• Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process
• Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs
• Manage commercial electrical projects from award through closeout

Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000 - $155,000 Base Salary
