Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management and estimating experience.
• Estimating commercial electrical projects from $1M–$10M in value.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Commercial electrical trade experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout, on time and on budget.
• Manage electrical estimating from concept to bid with accuracy and insight.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for clear collaboration.
• Partner with superintendents and foremen to align schedules and resolve site issues.
• Track costs, procure, and forecast timelines using project management tools.
