Job summary

Pacific Electrical Construction is seeking an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to drive growth by leading projects from preconstruction through completion. You will prepare estimates, review plans, perform takeoffs, and manage budgets while coordinating with clients, vendors, and field teams.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical PM/estimation, experience with $1M–$10M projects, and strong customer-facing skills to maintain client relationships and ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating experience
• Commercial electrical construction experience
• Proven experience estimating and managing projects valued between $1M-$10M
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project execution
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates and competitive bid proposals
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
• Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process
• Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs
• Manage commercial electrical projects from award through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor utilization, and procurement
• Forecast costs and project profitability
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
• Resolve project challenges proactively to keep projects on track
• Conduct local project site visits as needed

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both winning work and ensuring successful project execution.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000 - $155,000 Base Salary
