Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering projects.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of SD/DD/CD phases and specs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads design for electrical scope on base-building and tenant-fit-out projects; assembles drawings, schedules, and floor plans; participates in specification writing.
• Establishes design criteria from project proposals and prepares basis of design documents.
• Produces complete contract documents for electrical trade including equipment layout and risers.
• Leads design for ancillary systems (UPS, generators, pumps, water systems) as needed.
• Reviews shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and performs site visits to verify implementation.
• Supports in creating a project schedule and ensures tasks are completed on time.
