Constellation Energy in Williamson, NY, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Electrical I&C and Power Systems group, aligning station needs with regulatory requirements and safety priorities.

You will manage a team of engineers, drive performance, and participate in NGG-wide programs to standardize engineering systems and processes, while supporting outage activities and emergent requests.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or nuclear) or related science, or PE license, or active/inactive SRO license with 5 years engineering experience (including 1 year at a nuclear power plant).

Mansioni

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers
• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements
• Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering leadership accountability for short- and long-term programs impacting site operations
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for assigned staff
• Participate as senior resource to NGG-wide programs and initiatives regarding standardized engineering systems and processes
• Perform other assignments including emergency response, outage support, and department coverage
