Job summary
Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Engineer – Electrical Power Systems to join our aerospace team in Irvine, CA.
You will drive cross‑functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management to deliver complex electrical power modules on schedule and within budget. You will identify risks, escalate issues to leadership, and lead technical reviews, ensuring rigorous engineering processes while advancing our constellation programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of hardware development project/program management.
- Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence; strong presentations.
- Excellent communication for engineering and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and PM.
- Plan and execute module development programs within budget and schedule.
- Identify issues; drive problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare development status reports and risk assessments for leadership.
- Manage cross-program dependencies with robust mitigations.
- Facilitate technical reviews and design checkpoints.
