Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Power Systems Engineer to support liquid pipeline operations in the United States. This role provides 24/7/365 operational support, oversees project installations, and offers technical guidance to field technicians and specialists.

The engineer mentors junior staff without direct reports. Responsibilities include overseeing electrical operations, developing standards, and supporting medium-voltage systems and substations.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical power systems background.
• Experience with medium‑voltage systems and substations.
• Experience with power system modeling and protection/relaying.
• Operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Pipeline experience preferred; utility or power generation experience will also be considered.
• Strong power experience with limited pipeline experience can be considered.
• Operations, maintenance, or field-service experience preferred over EPC/consulting-only experience.
• Experience with 5kV–66kV systems; some higher utility-supplied voltages.
