Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical power systems.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical power project management, engineering, construction, or maintenance.
• Strong background in mission-critical electrical power distribution systems including transformers, switchgear, substations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of electrical power projects involving transformers, switchgear, substations, and balance-of-plant equipment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and field teams.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement, manufacturing schedules, logistics, installation and commissioning.
• Review electrical drawings to ensure scope alignment and technical compliance.
• Control schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and risk mitigation.
• Lead project meetings and progress reporting with professionalism and technical credibility.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, NEMA, ANSI and site safety requirements.
• Support FAT, SAT, energization activities and drive process improvements.
